Wise County PSA Holiday Schedule for Christmas and New Year's:
Our offices will be closed December 24th-26th for Christmas. Wednesday garbage customers that would normally be collected on the 25th will be collected on the 24th. Please plan accordingly and have cans out by 7am.
For New Year's, our offices will be closed December 31st-January 1st. There will be no changes to garbage collection on these days, all routes will run normal schedule.

In an effort to assist in compliance with the EPA's Lead & Copper Rule Revision, the PSA is requesting your assistance in completing the following survey to tell us what material the service line is on the customer side of the meter. The EPA is requiring all utilities to create an inventory of utility-owned and customer-owned service lines by October 2024.
