Postal Service issues with bills

Attention ALL Water, Sewer & Garbage Customers:
We have been made aware that none of our customers have received their bills this month. We are actively investigating the matter to identify any potential issues that may have caused the delay or non-delivery of the bills. Bills were mailed by our 3rd party vendor on February 29th and were last tracked in Roanoke. Currently, we do not have any more information regarding the whereabouts of the bills.
Please go to our website, call our office, or stop by our office to pay your bill. You may also pay by using our automated phone system at 276-262-3111 or by using the kiosk located to the left of our front entrance. Please be patient with us when calling the office as we expect to receive an influx of calls and we only have two ladies who work in our front office. It may take a while to get through. To view/pay your bill online, please click the following link and register for an account if you haven’t already or simply login to view your bill.
