The Wise County PSA utilizes the Servline program to assist customers with water leak protection through a program call Loss Protection. As an enrolled customer, Servline will pay for a high bill due to customer leak so the customer only pays their average bill if a leak has occurred. The program also provides an option call Line Protection, that will assist customers in replacing broken water and sewer service lines. All customers are automatically enrolled in the Leak Protection and must call to opt-out. If you are wanting to add Line Protection, you must call and enroll.
