Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information. *Please note, the financial institution will mail a check to the PSA and the customer must discuss with the institution to insure delivery before the due date of the bill. The PSA is not responsible for financial institution payments that arrive after the due date or last day to pay before service disconnection.
Please note: If you are subject for disconnection or have been disconnected, be aware that payments made by telephone or online will not be posted until the NEXT business day when using Paymentus' payment system. As a result, if the payment has not been posted to your account, disconnection will still occur and a $50 reconnect fee will be charged and must be paid. Also, if not paid by 4:30 pm on the due date, late penalties will apply.
